This beautiful table is made with an Alder Hardwood Top. Alder is the hardwood version of pine. It still gives you the knots and beautiful holes. But it's incredibly strong and resistant to scratching, dents and dings. This piece is 8ft long, and is is finished with Dark Walnut Stain, Cream Paint and Satin Polyurethane on the top. Polyurethane is a sealer that protects the wood from food, water and general wear and tear.
