Here at Ross Rustic Tables we LOVE working with Slab and Live Edge Pieces.  They are just some of the most beautiful pieces we get to work with. Slabs and Live Edge pieces vary greatly in cost. This slab is beyond stunning! We went out to The Historic Phillips Forest Products to look for some slabs for the shop. When we came around the corner this beauty was standing there and I knew we would be taking it back to the shop. 
 
Top: This is a solid slab of Pecan wood. I repeat a SOLID slab. Not two pieces joined together, but one whole piece 😍. It is 2.25" thick, 10ft Long, 44" Wide on the small end and 59" wide on the big end. This top is sealed and has all the knots filled with black epoxy. That means you can spill red wine and just wipe it up without it effecting the table. 
 
Base: Right now we have it on two "U" metal legs just to get it in the showroom safely. These are not it's permanent legs. YOU get to choose what kind of base goes on this bad boy.
